How can I view your properties?

Will I be under any pressure?

Our partners will pick you up from your accommodation and show you around all properties to suit your budget. You will be under no pressure or obligation at all.

Will I be expected to pay a deposit if I find a suitable property?

There is a reservation fee of approx. £750 - £1000 (dependent on site) to secure your purchase, this will hold the property for approx. 20 days.

Do I need to use a solicitor?

It is entirely up to you, there is no obligation under Turkish law to do so. If you have not appointed a solicitor, we can help you find someone suitable. There are many English speaking solicitors in Istanbul. Please ask our partners about help with your fees.

Will I get help with finishing/furnishing my property?

Our partners will take you shopping to finish your property (should you buy a new build) i.e. the purchase of tiles, kitchen and bathroom fittings and to furnish, with the purchase of white goods and furniture. They can also arrange delivery if the items arrive once you have returned to the UK.

Can I rent out my property?

Of course, the main season is through the months of May to October although you can still rent out during the winter months at a lower rate. We will be pleased to help with any aspect of this including airport transfers and house cleaning. Please contact us for more details.

How does the cost of living compare to the UK?

You will find that all fresh produce is excellent value for money and your grocery bill is up to 40% cheaper than in the UK, the same goes for furnishing your house.
